When you know you have to simplify

Published Categorized as mental health

For far to long now, I have been fucked up to say the least. Trying to prove something and why. It has been a long year of discovery, selfish moments and evaluating what matters. I can say without a doubt, life has changed. What I believed was important in life, no longer applies. They say loneliness can crush you but being in solitude has taught me to rethink and understand what I need most.

Survival.

Life isn’t just about living any longer it is about survival. Struggling with mental health, finances, people skills isn’t just an option it is a must. We live in a society that has forgotten how to be nice, polite, relaxed and stress free. We are constantly trying to prove to others we are better and can make an impact. In the end, for some of us, we realize all we are doing is creating a chaotic world of our own.

The main thing is if you simplify, release things or people you no longer find valuable, you see things in a very different perspective.

Three things to remember:

  1. Shorter answers mean shorter conversations.

2. Clarifying, getting to the point of what message you need to get across and always finish what you started.

3. The Dust will still be there tomorrow.

don’t forget: be unconditional
