in the beginning, how did it all start?
when you finally admit that depression and sadness has taken over your well-being, therapy is not an option, you find other ways to decompress and express. it has been over 25 years since blogging was introduced to my world with many upgrades and creative ideas, here we are.

ambions. what is the purpose?
i express truth about personal experiences, life, people and what i believe to be important to share. my motivation comes from feelings, how i am made to feel and years of mental abuse.

my passions. what do i live for?
i love my son, my spouse and my kitty. they keep me motivated and structured. they are the reason i wake up and live day to day. i love food, music and mostly travel. i adore learning about new cultures. the ocean is my oasis for cleansing my negativity.
Most people will say we are all on this earth for a reason, the path has already been laid out and as much as we would like to control this life we have been given, the destination is set.
If I have learned anything in my lifestime is that some people were put here to be who they are, some good, some bad and others just fill the gaps. I am one of those fillers.
I am here to express what matters, how it affects the journey and whether or not you choose to follow, this moment belongs to you.
